Our Policies
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your credit card will be charged the full service fee for any no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This policy applies to all cases except for medical emergencies. However, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations citing emergencies may be flagged to prevent misuse. Cancellations can be made online or by phone if they fall outside the 24-hour cancellation window. Same-day bookings and cancellations cannot be processed online and will be considered late cancellations.
As a courtesy, our clinic sends appointment reminders via email and text message. However, it is your responsibility to track your scheduled appointments. Failure to receive a reminder does not exempt you from charges if you miss or arrive late for your appointment.
To respect the next client’s time, we cannot extend your session if you arrive late. We will still provide the service, but it will be limited to the remaining appointment time.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.
Payment & Credit Card Policy
To secure an appointment online or over the phone, we require your credit card details. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking; payment will only be processed after your session or in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
For your security, our payment processing system through Jane App complies with PCI and DSS standards, ensuring the highest level of data protection.
Intake Forms Policy
Please complete the required intake forms before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in time being deducted from your booked session. To ensure fairness to all clients, we are unable to extend appointment times for incomplete forms.
Insurance & Billing Policy
We do not have access to clients’ insurance coverage details. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their eligibility and benefits. If a claim is rejected for any reason, the client must pay the full amount and manually submit the claim to their insurance provider. Any portion not covered by the insurance provider remains the client’s responsibility.
Insurance Eligibility Policy
Only individuals covered under the insurance policy are eligible to receive treatment. Each member can use our services only up to their designated coverage limit. Once the maximum eligible amount is used, they cannot utilize the benefits assigned to other policy members. Non-members are welcome to receive treatment but must pay privately.
RMT Session Duration Policy
We offer Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) sessions in the following durations: 60 minutes and 45 minutes. Please note that multiple sessions cannot be combined into a single appointment; each session will be billed separately.
